Direct daily on-site construction activities and workforce
Supervise subcontractors, tradespeople and laborers
Monitor work quality against project specifications and blueprints
Track project progress and maintain daily site reports
Coordinate material deliveries and equipment logistics
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly
Requirements
:
Minimum 2 years hands-on construction experience
1 year in a supervisory/leadership role
