Job Description

Our client is a Singapore-based legal services firm specializing in estate planning and corporate governance. They offer comprehensive legal solutions, including the drafting of wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).





Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff or departments. Handle client inquiries and provide basic information about the firm's services. Schedule client appointments and maintain meeting calendars for lawyers. Offer refreshments to clients and ensure they are comfortable while waiting.

Requirements:



Min GCE 'O' Levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication. Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed. Able to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and collaborate well within a team.



Working Hours: 9am - 5pm. Monday to Friday.





Working Location: ?Central





Salary: Up to $3,000
