Job Description

Our client is a premier language enrichment centre specializing in the comprehensive development of English language proficiency for learners across all age groups.





Responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact for walk-in visitors and phone enquiries from parents and students. Assist with class scheduling, enrolment processes, and provide administrative support related to courses. Maintain and regularly update accurate student records and databases. Manage payment collections, issue receipts, and perform basic financial tasks. Support teaching staff and centre operations to ensure an efficient and seamless learning environment.

Requirements:



Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and liaise with parents and teachers. Candidates with experience in retail, hospitality, or F&B sectors are encouraged to apply. Able to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and collaborate well within a team.
Working Hours: 3 weekdays + 2 weekends.


Working Location: ?Tampines.


Salary: Up to $3,000.
