Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations in the office.

  • Meet and greet visitors professionally

  • Day to day front desk administrative duties

  • Track and monitor office resource needs and other material needs for carrying administration and operation tasks.

  • Assist in answering of incoming calls

  • Manage & maintain upkeep of office operations, supplies, and equipment.

  • Provide general administrative support

  • Handling daily documents

  • Assist in planning and managing office events

  • Maintain a safe, tidy and healthy working environment

  • Administrative duties and tasks

  • sometime need to support company event


Requirements:

  • Willing to learn

  • No experience required, but must have positive and proactive mindset

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently

  • Senior role will be given to relevant experience in this field
