Receptionist services



Reception front desk - Professionally greet and welcome all visitors, vendors, staff etc upon arrival.
Maintain a neat, organized and welcoming reception area at all times. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously,

providing basic company information when requested.
Manage visitor sign-in/out procedures, issue visitor passes and notify relevant

staff of guest arrivals.

Direct visitors/callers to the appropriate person or divisions.
Relay important information to staff as needed (e.g courier deliveries, meeting

room changes)
Report maintenance issues for the reception area, common space, or equipment (e.g lights out, coffee machines not working etc..) to the appropriate

contact (Facilities / Corporate Services / ICT).

Manage the lost and found of items found with CAAS premises.

Any other duties as assigned by Officer in Charge. For minor alterations o which do not result in drastic increase of the workload, CAAS shall not entertain any additional claim from the Contractor.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
