Job Summary:
The Receptionist and Admin will support the Authority's front desk and administrative operations by managing daily reception functions, handling internal/external communications, assisting with student-related matters, and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide front-line customer service including answering phone calls and handling walk-in enquiries from students and parents.
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and emails, including distribution.
Assist with data entry, data collation, goods receiving, and certificate printing.
Support school activities by providing manpower assistance as required.
File documents and maintain records in an organized manner.
Sort and distribute materials to teachers and students.
Attend to unwell students, latecomers, and early dismissals.
Administer basic First Aid to students when necessary.
Receive and verify documents for Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) and Bursary applications.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by School Leaders or the Administration Manager.
