We are looking for Service Associate - Receptionist (Attractions), to join our pre-opening team at The Palawan @ Sentosa!

As the Service Associate - Receptionist (Attractions) we rely on you to:

Handling telephone enquiries and customer service
Handling face to face bookings, group bookings and telephonic booking
Provide a pleasant, safe and fun experience for all guests
Set and maintain service standards
Keep track of stocks inventory

We are looking for someone who:
Loves interacting with guests and visitors
Is enthusiastic and customer-oriented
Display initiative
Creative with an eye for detail
Has good relationship building & diplomacy skills
Willing to work shifts
