DESIGNATION : Receptionist

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend to walk in Visitors / Enquires and Deliveries
• Exchange Visitor/contractor pass
• Receiving Gifts/Hampers and product samples
• Manage loan equipment and inventory
• Invoice processing
• Newspaper subscription and sorting for departments
• Meeting room walkthrough, ensure TV, projector is switched off end of the day
• Issuance of keys for FairPrice Hub amenities requested by staff upon approval by Reporting Officer
• Tracking issuance of Keys / Loan items and Passes.
• Meeting room booking/usage tracking
• Handling and answering HQ hotline incoming calls
• Update HQ contact list
• Perform overseas calls upon respective department request
• Incoming Courier and physical mail tracking
• Subscription and cancellation of IDD service

QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess a Diploma/A Level/O Level
• Candidates with relevant qualifications, customer service/hospitality background and/or without experience are welcomed to apply
• Front desk related experience preferred
• Positive and courteous working attitude
• Self-starter and independent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
