Receptionist duties (answering the phone and relaying messages etc.)
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and provide a warm and friendly front-desk and customer service to all visitors.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person/meeting room and serve drinks promptly.
Ensure reception area and meeting are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
Carry out start-of-day duties (e.g., turning on lights, air conditioner etc.)
Carrying out any other ad hoc duties to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements:
No work experience are welcome to apply
Basic computer literacy skills needed.
Good communication and written skills
Commitment, reliable and punctual for work
As we do not have many guests every day, thus, during the downtime of this position, this staff would have to help out our Admin team for administrative duties
