Job Description




~ 5 days work week, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

~ Location: Tanjong Pagar (walking distance from MRT)

~ 6 months contract and convertible to permanent

Our client is a solar energy solution provider in Singapore

Responsibilities:

  • Receptionist duties (answering the phone and relaying messages etc.)
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and provide a warm and friendly front-desk and customer service to all visitors.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person/meeting room and serve drinks promptly.
  • Ensure reception area and meeting are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Carry out start-of-day duties (e.g., turning on lights, air conditioner etc.)
  • Carrying out any other ad hoc duties to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements:
  • No work experience are welcome to apply
  • Basic computer literacy skills needed.
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Commitment, reliable and punctual for work
  • As we do not have many guests every day, thus, during the downtime of this position, this staff would have to help out our Admin team for administrative duties
