Job Description




Reception Duties:

  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses and direct calls as needed.
  • Assist with daily needs.
Finance Duties:
  • Verify and track payment documents.
  • Collaborate with staff for timely payment processing.
  • Assist with Edusave forms and payment records.
General Duties:
  • Perform administrative tasks and maintain supplies.
  • Collect and organize data and surveys.
Administration Duties:
  • Maintain and update records.
  • Process Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) forms.
Other Duties:
  • Support special events when required.
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance to department heads.
  • Fulfill additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • GCE \'O\' Level Certificate or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Three years of relevant administration experience, preferably in a school setting.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
Working hours
  • Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm - 1hr lunch break
  • Fridays: 9.00 am to 6:00 pm - 1hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

  • Contract Period: 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2024
  • With option to extend (Discretion)
