Qualification: GCE \'O\' Level Certificate or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Good command of English
Preferably 3 years of experience as receptionist and admin assistant
Having prior general administration experience working in a school environment would be an advantage
Working hours
Mondays to Fridays: 9.30am to 6.30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break.
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Additional info:
Contract Period: 1 Apr 2023 to 31 Mar 2024 (With option to extend based on client\'s discretion)
