Job Description



  • Handling of incoming phone calls
  • Counter receptionist duties
  • Simple administrative work
  • Calling of late coming pupils on a daily basis
  • Caring of unwell pupils
  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
  • Qualification: GCE \'O\' Level Certificate or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Good command of English
  • Preferably 3 years of experience as receptionist and admin assistant
  • Having prior general administration experience working in a school environment would be an advantage
Working hours
  • Mondays to Fridays: 9.30am to 6.30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break.
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Additional info:
  • Contract Period: 1 Apr 2023 to 31 Mar 2024 (With option to extend based on client\'s discretion)
