Responsible for all incoming calls - Answer, screen and take messages. - Receiving and sorting daily mails. - Responsible for all mailings and courier arrangements. - In charge of stationery, pantry stock up and office supplies. - Maintain extension directory and update as and when required. - Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipments/facilities - Manage conference room reservations. - Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of conference room and reception. - Assist with administrative support. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Independent, as well as able to work as a team.
