Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries and requests
Assist in student-related matters Compile data, surveys, and statistics Manage mails, filing, and typing of documents Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties Able to handle young children Requirement: Preferably possesses NITEC, O Level certificate, or ESS Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5 or equivalent Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience in school administration Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service skills with proper telephone etiquette A good team player with a high level of initiative Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using IT systems Duration/Working hours: 1 year contract (Option to extend another 2 years) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break The candidate may be required to work beyond these hours on certain days (e.g. School events). ** We regret to inform only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
