The Opportunity

Job Scope
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide basic information about GMC\'s products, services, and procedures to external merchants.
  • Address inquiries and refer customer issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
  • Issue visitor badges and ensure personnel compliance with security protocols.
  • Keep, maintain, and update contact databases, visitor logs, appointment schedules, and other records with accurate information.
  • General administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, filing and coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings.
Requirements
  • Independent worker with great organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable answering phone calls and speaking to people.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
