Job Description

Scope:

  • Answering phone calls and greeting guests
  • Managing Conference Rooms
  • Handle incoming & outgoing mails and parcels
  • Office Replenishment for Stationery and Pantry supplies
  • Maintenance of office facilities, equipment, furniture & fixture
  • Assist expense claim submission and ensure they are in line with group policies
  • Administrative support to visitors and office events
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Receptionist or office administration role
  • Presentable with pleasant personality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible and good team player
  • Immediate available or short notice preferred
