Assist expense claim submission and ensure they are in line with group policies
Administrative support to visitors and office events
Perform ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in Receptionist or office administration role
Presentable with pleasant personality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, independent, responsible and good team player
Immediate available or short notice preferred
