Attend to phone calls and walk-in enquiries from parents, students, and the public
Record and submit daily attendance for students and staff
Provide general support for smooth office operations
Receive and store incoming goods, and notify relevant staff
Perform general office duties like typing,printing, and cutting
Handle other tasks as assigned by school leaders or reporting officer
Requirements:
Minimum N-Level qualification or equivalent
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Fluent in spoken and written English and one other language
Relevant experience in general administrative work preferred
