Welcome and assist all members and guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
Handle new member sign-ups, renewals, and general membership inquiries.
Manage front desk operations including phone calls, class bookings, and payment transactions.
Maintain an organised, clean, and inviting reception area.
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the fitness centre.
Requirements
Prior customer service experience, preferably in a gym, fitness, or hospitality setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable using computer systems; experience with POS or booking software is a plus.
Passionate about health, fitness, and delivering exceptional member experiences.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotating shifts.

* Alternates between 5-day and 6-day work week
