Job Description


Our client is the established Japanese Clinic and they provide comprehensive services seamlessly cater to patients, offering a hassle-free journey from primary to specialty care to the Japanese community here, ensuring they feel connected to their familiar care standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and reply to customer enquiries.
  • Making appointments and coordinate appointments.
  • Register patients.
  • Handling Corporate and OTAI billing. Ensure billing details are correct.
  • Liaise with specialist clinics, hospitals, laboratories and radiology for billing.
  • Maintain clinic facilities.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Experience & Skill-set required:
  • No experience is required.
  • Proficient Japanese skill is advantage to communicate with Japanese patients
