We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented
Receptionist (Night Shift)
to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth front desk operations and delivering excellent service throughout their visit.Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. Manage check-ins, reservations, and enquiries accurately. Handle phone calls and provide information on services and facilities. Process payments and perform basic cashiering duties. Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve guest needs efficiently. Uphold a safe and pleasant environment for all guests.
Requirements:
Willing to work
night shifts
and on weekends/public holidays. Prior experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
