Key Responsibilities
Schedule, assign, and track daily delivery jobs
Supervise drivers and provide operational guidance
Communicate with customers and resolve issues promptly
Report incidents, damages, or delivery discrepancies
Coordinate vehicle/equipment usage and maintenance
Support import/export collection and delivery timelines
Requirements
At least 3 years' experience in traffic control, logistics, or transport coordination
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Comfortable working midnight shifts
Familiarity with import/export coordination is a plus
