Job Scope Summary:



1. Frontline Support: Managing incoming phone calls, enquiries, and deliveries.


2. Student Care: Attending to unwell students, providing simple first aid, and coordinating with stakeholders.


3. Administrative Tasks: Managing office tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and inventory management.


4. Communication: Engaging with parents and stakeholders on administrative matters.


5. Multitasking: Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple work areas efficiently.


6. Reception Management: Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area.





Job Requirements Summary:



Experience Requirements


1. Front Desk Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk reception duties.


2. Preferred Experience: Experience in schools, especially primary schools, is preferred.





Desirable Qualities


1. Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.


2. Customer Service Skills: Warm personality with good customer service skills and telephone etiquette.


3. Independence and Teamwork: Ability to exercise initiative, work independently, and as part of a team.
