Provide basic first aid to pupils with minor injuries
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Track and replenish first-aid items in General Office
Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel

Min. GCE \'O\' Level
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
Takes initiative and is able to work under minimal supervision
Resourceful and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines
Good team player and organisation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferably at least 3 years experience in working in a primary school as a Receptionist and Office Assistant respectively
Working hours
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
Fridays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
