Attend to students and parents\' enquiries either from walk-ins or through phone calls
Perform data entry, checking and consolidation of documents
Handle / manage distribution of documents
Perform simple emailing and faxing of documents
Handle general administrative duties to support office operations
Attend to injured or sick students according to School\'s Standard Operating Procedure
Perform any tasks as assigned by Principal / Vice Principal / Admin Manager
Job Requirements
Mondays to Thursday: 7:30AM to 4:30PM
Fridays: 7:30AM to 4:00PM
Inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break daily
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Additional info:
Salary: Up to S$1,800 per month
Contract Period: 01 June 2023 to 31 December 2023 (With option to extend based on client\'s discretion)
