Handle the telephone calls (to pick up telephone calls within 3 rings)
Manage the frontline counter duty; attending to queries from students, parents and walk-in visitors
Handle incoming mails and distribution of mails to students/parents/teachers
Attend to goods delivery (to check quantity delivered and inform Good Receipt Officer)
Attend to students leaving school early
Handle basic first-aid, attend to students who are unwell, and contact parents where necessary
Oversee the general housekeeping of the General Office (i.e. reception area, sick-bay and pantry - assisted by Operations Support Officer (OSO)
Assist with lost & found items and maintain lost & found records
Provide admin support to School Leaders and General Office Staff
Assist in admin duties such as data entry, faxing, etc.
Any other duties assigned by the School
Job Requirements
Requirements
Min. GCE \'O\' Level
At least 1 year of experience in front desk duty and/or customer service
Experience in a MOE school environment is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and use of internet
Can operate office equipment (e.g fax machines, photocopiers and printers)
Working hours
Mondays to Fridays: 7.00 am to 4.30 pm (including 1 hour lunch)
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Contract Period: 01 May 2023 to 30 Apr 2024 (with option to extend)
