Job Description

The Services required are set out as follows:





1. Keeping a safe and clean reception area by complying with



procedures, rules, and regulations.



2. Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them



appropriately. Notifying school staff of visitor arrival.



3. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.



4. Attending to students who are unwell/ injure themselves as well as



alerting teachers to contact their students' parents, when necessary.



5. Operates telecommunication system in compliance with MOE's



guidelines.



6. Collation of data. Filing of documents.



7. Updating of General Office's notice board(s).



8. Ensuring that teachers clear their in-trays daily.



9. Manage donated school uniforms and ensure proper and tidy



arrangement.



10. Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and



communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.



11. Support in management of contractors' work orders.



12. Support in sign-in and sign-out of coaches and instructors



attendance.



13. During off-peak period, support back-end Admin in basic admin



work.



14. Housekeeping for admin office and stores.



15. Any job as and when required by Principal, Vice-Principals,



Administration Manager and Operations Managers.
