Job Description

: a) Front Counter Customer Service : . Attending to walk-in queries and requests by students, parents, teachers/staff, suppliers and all visitors. . Answering and handling phone ca : a) Front Counter Customer Service : . Attending to walk-in queries and requests by students, parents, teachers/staff, suppliers and all visitors. . Answering and handling phone calls. . Follow through on queries and requests received from walk- ins and phone calls. . Process students' requests for early leave from school, distribution & collection of Forms, issue of keys and other processes as required. . Maintaining tidiness of the reception counter. . All other duties relating to front counter customer service. b) Administrative Functions such as . Handling, recording and distribution of mails/items . Assist in organization of school events and meetings such as calling/ collating of guest attendance, preparation of invites/ materials. . Assist to contact parents on student related matters (e.g. collection of letters etc.), based on instructions from respective teachers/staff. . Prepare and update of documents using Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint. . Managing of documents such as filing, shredding, faxing, labelling and photocopying, laminating and preparation of documents. Work Arrangement: Contract Duration: 1 Jan 2022 to 31 Dec 2023 Working Hours: . Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break . Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break . Depending on the needs of the office, he/she may need to report for duty at earlier/ later timings, on certain days, usually when there is a need to cover counter duty before 8.00am. On such days, working hours will be adjusted accordingly. For e.g., when Personnel is required to report earlier at 7am, he/she will end work at 4.30pm. . Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazette and public holidays Salary: $1700/Month Location: Serangoon Job Requirements: Knowledge in: . At least 1 year of relevant work experience in front office customer service. . Good communication and interpersonal skills. . Takes initiative and able to work under minimal supervision. . Ability to use Microsoft applications, Word and Excel.
