1. Receive guests and visitors from the office reception lobby in a hospitable manner and perform proper access card issuance procedures.2. Demonstrate proper coordination with the receptionists on guests/visitor related matters.3. Perform administration and maintenance of guest/visitor cards and records.4. Perform access card management and administration tasks for Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.5. Perform staff on-boarding and off-boarding process management.6. Perform email management of access card shared mailboxes.7. Perform inbound / outbound call management for access card related matters.8. Assist in the administration of technical security related matters incident ticket management.9. Assist to perform administrative reporting and tasks for the Technical Security Team.10. Must have experience and knowledge in MS word and powerpoint
