Handle phone enquiries and attend to walk-in parents and stakeholders.
Attend to unwell students or provide simple first aid; follow up with parents as needed. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and office. Perform administrative tasks: printing, photocopying, laminating, binding, and shredding confidential documents. Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant receptionist and administrative experience, preferably in a school environment. Comfortable handling students aged 713 years old. Minimum O Level certificate with good pass in English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, work well in a team, and take initiative. Duration/ Working hours: 1 year contract (29 Dec 2025 to 30 Nov 2026) Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays ** We regret to inform only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
