Job Description
- Immediate
- experience with front desk duties
- Buona Vista
- Working Location: Buona Vista | Biopolis
- Mondays to Fridays
- 8.30am to 5.30pm
- At least 1-2 year of Receptionist experience or in related field
Job Duties
- Pro-active answering of phone calls from main line
- Attending to guests and visitors including preparing/serving of drinks when required
- Management and issuing of Access cards to visitors
- Reservation of hotels/restaurants and transport arrangement for guests/visitors
- Ordering/Replenishing/Arranging/ Purchasing/Receiving deliveries of all office & work supplies
- Office equipment management (photocopier machine, vending machine, shedder machine etc.)
- Postage and courier service (documents only)
- New joiners and leavers preparation (welcome bag, e business card, IP dect, access card etc.)
- Newspaper & Magazine renewal
- Incoming & outgoing local and overseas postage
- Coordination with other in-house vendors on cleaning matters
- Events co-ordination and making catering or lunch reservations when required
Job Requirement
- At least 1-2 year of Receptionist experience or in related field
- Proactive and positive working attitude
- Good organizational, time management, problem solving, prioritize tasks and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Performing duties diligently
- Proficient in MS Office
