Job scope: QAQC Inspector

Responsibilities

Perform Inspections:

Conduct surveillance and detailed inspections of materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities to


ensure they meet project requirements and standards.

Review Documentation:

Examine construction drawings, plans, specifications, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) to verify accuracy


and adherence to requirements.

Material & Process Checks:

Test and verify construction materials for strength and durability, and ensure that construction processes are


performed correctly and in accordance with approved procedures.

Document & Report:

Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, test results, and any non-conformances or defects found.

Issue Corrective Actions:

Prepare and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement


corrective actions and ensure proper close-out.

Ensure Compliance:

Verify that all construction activities, materials, and processes comply with project specifications, local


regulations, and international codes and standards.

Coordinate & Collaborate:

Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other teams to address quality concerns, share


information, and support quality assurance efforts.

Safety Adherence:

Ensure that all construction activities and site operations strictly adhere to relevant safety regulations and


protocols.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in Engineering Min 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role Good documentation and computer skills Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Able to work in Tuas
