JOB SCOPE:





Responsible for executing the company projects in mechanical & electrical works in building construction which covers:





Review project specifications and technical clarifications Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters Ensure timely and smooth progress of works Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, ID, Architectural and Client provisions Work closely with the clients, consultants, and subcontractors on technical and drawing matters. To lead the site M&E construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work by subcontractors. Carry out inspection of MEP works prior to concreting or subsequent construction works. Compliance with all necessary standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations Oversee all related M&E issues on site
JOB REQUIREMENTS


Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building services or any relevant qualification. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice Familiar with MEP design coordination, Combine services coordination Familiar with MEP installation works, site coordination Contract Basis * 5.5 days working week
