Manage digital and physical records, support system operations, and ensure smooth execution of records management processes. Assist with system migration, user support, and ad hoc projects to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain records (digital & physical) per organizational policies.
Ensure proper classification, storage, and retrieval of records.
Respond to user requests and troubleshoot system issues.
Support system migration, including data validation and user acceptance testing.
Conduct user training and update guides and communication materials.
Assist in ad hoc projects and provide secretarial support as needed.
Perform other division-related tasks.
Required Experience & Skills:
Hands-on experience with IT systems and applications.
Background in records management and/or user support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong service mindset, detail-oriented, proactive.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and tools.
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
