KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review, understand and support in the fulfillment of recruitment needs of clients.
- Work closely with Recruitment Managers in the coordination of workforce planning and ensure that the recruitment timelines are met.
- Look into developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms.
- Support in business development by introducing companies\' services to prospects.
- Posting of job advertisements on job portals and print media.
- Coordination of interviews (Physical or virtual).
- Qualifying of candidates through interviews, screening and reference checks.
- Possess CEI certificate/ willing to take CEI exam
