Job description You are responsible for attracting new and managing current recruitment partners on their hiring needs. To be able to propose digitalised recruitment solutions to improve workplace productivity by referring candidates from our upskilled local talent pool. You will be part of the team in managing recruitment initiatives, from branding, outreach and networking activities, shortlisting and selecting until hire. Your day to day activities include leads generation, sales engagement and account management. Team Structure Reporting directly to the Talent Head, you will be working with your peer in learning delivery & digital marketing to implement your go to market strategies. Job Mission You will target hiring companies in developing new digital capabilities for omni-channel marketing, tech-enabled operations, intelligence business and secured modern workplace. You will also target digital enterprises segment with total talents solutions including talents acquisition, contingent workforce, talents incubation and talents development consulting. You will be expected to provide career consultation and development advisory to candidates, sourcing suitable candidates for roles and match them to job specifications and client requirements.
