The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top talent in the software engineering and cloud engineering space.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various technical positions

• Partnering with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job requirements

• Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent

• Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools to source and identify potential candidates \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit with the company culture

• Collaborating with the HR team to manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes

• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in software engineering and cloud engineering

• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools

• Good knowledge of software engineering for both front-end and back-end engineering, as well as cloud engineering

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently

• Diploma/ Bachelor\'s degree in any field.
