We are looking for professionals with 2-3 years of experience in finding/ managing clients (get job orders) and build-up candidate pipeline (for open positions). Specialisation is not a must - Gener We are looking for professionals with 2-3 years of experience in finding/ managing clients (get job orders) and build-up candidate pipeline (for open positions). Specialisation is not a must - Generalist Recruiter is preferred. Ideal candidate should have relevant experience in cold callings, use of job boards (databases), meeting / presenting to clients and candidates. Although it is not a must to have experience in contracts preparation, the ideal candidate should be able to understand contractual terms. Outsourcing experience is a plus.
