Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter/Team Lead who will be responsible for all hiring activities, including advertising open positions, interviewing candidates, and closing hires. Connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and assisting hiring managers.
:
- Lead and manage a small team and P&L for Team Lead
- Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
- Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
- Recruitment and Job Interviewing Skills
- Communication Skills
- Process Improvement Skills
- Have at least 1 year of sales/business development/client relations experience
- Highly driven and enthusiastic
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally
- Strong desire to achieve great results and high pay
- Able to work as a team and be independent at the same time
- Able to work under stress
- Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications who are passionate about working with people are welcome to apply
