The Role

In AMS, we have an assignment-based culture where you will be provided with endless opportunities to support different clients and be able to gain knowledge and exposure to different processes and best practices. You will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates, ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process working as a team utilising relevant recruitment technology applications. You will deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience.

Key Accountabilities

The Role As an Onsite Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, as well as develop and cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders such as hiring managers, business heads/leads and human resources partners. You will also be responsible for building excellent relationships within the hiring manager community in order to identify opportunities for direct hiring and provide guidance to ensure a best practice approach to resourcing is adopted. This is a key role that requires a strategic, engaging, influential and organized recruitment professional in order to deliver best in class RPO service to our partner.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Ensure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels
  • Contribute to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of monthly and annual targets. Accountable for delivering to target start date
  • Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer term client requirements
  • Develop and support the sourcing strategy for each role/business unit and agree the strategy (including web-based and direct sourcing) with hiring manager
  • Responsible for the management of candidate relationships and their satisfaction with the recruitment experience until start date
  • Ensure that all changes to a candidate’s status are tracked on the ATS to enable accurate reporting
  • Flag continuous improvement and upselling opportunities to Client Services Manager, including opportunities for process improvement, service enhancement, related strategic projects and increasing the scope of the service. Support account contractual management by identifying and flagging scope creep.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • 5 to 7+ years recruitment experience (in-house or RPO preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a strong and confident communicator who will proactively engage with stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Seasoned relationship builder and ability to find a solution to a wide range of situations
  • Demonstrated experience in talent pooling and utilizing direct sourcing channels
  • Agile and positive in the face of change - able to deliver under pressure and uncertainty; able to adapt capacity and approach to variations in hiring demand, new processes and technologies
  • Ability to work across different client types, sectors and client locations
  • Collaborates effectively in virtual teams to deliver key outputs
