Screen resumes & Interview candidates during various hiring stages
Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
Act as a proactive business partner to the hiring managers, ensuring alignment in the business requirements
Develop talent sourcing channels to attract top talents successfully and efficiently for a diverse level of positions.
Report to hiring managers on the status of open positions
Answer candidates\xe2\x80\x99 queries regarding the application process & ensure to provide the best candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Be the market expert within industry space and provide regular, relevant reporting on talent landscaping, competitor analysis and resourcing statistics
Qualifications and Profile
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Work experience as an Internal recruiter, talent acquisition or similar roles
A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor\'s Degree in HR or related field or min. 3 -6 years recruitment related experience in IT services
