Recruiter Your Qualifications
- Strong business and recruitment acumen with the ability to demonstrate accountability, initiative, and decisiveness.
- Proven track record to deliver results with energy and perseverance.
- Relationship management skills to influence and partner at different levels of the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to contribute in a team environment.
- Previous ATS and/or HRIS system experience preferred
- 3 + years of progressive recruitment work experience
- College degree preferred
- This role will be located in our Manila office (remote during COVID) with standard business hours that may require periodic flexibility across time zones. Business travel will be required two-four times/year domestically.
- 8 hour shift
- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Recruiting: 3 years (Preferred)
