The Opportunity

• Leading SEA Retail Recruitment (Singapore & Malaysia)
• 1 year contract (Highly convertible)

The Talent:

• Hands-on experience of end-to-end recruitment cycle and employer branding in Retail environment in SEA countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia)
• Excellent verbal & written communication as well as interpersonal skills
• Strong assessment and decision-making skills
• Highly organized and meticulous, with proven ability to prioritise and manage high demands and tight deadlines.

• Formulate the recruitment and selection strategy and develop/manage the recruitment programs and processes in line with HR strategy.
• Develop and execute recruitment and employer branding strategies internally and externally across talent segments (campus, experienced, executive, internal) and the Southeast Asia market, and identify appropriate metrics to monitor and measure the effectiveness of recruitment and employer branding programs to ensure that we are investing in the right areas and realizing return on investment.
• Ensure key elements of the company\'s employment branding are reflected in all communication activities in order to attract and recruit candidates for employment and internships who will positively affect the company\'s performance and aid in the company\'s ability to meet its objectives.
• Communicate with and advise the line management and internal stakeholders and build a network of key contacts within the company to ensure that all recruitment activities are based on a robust internal needs assessment.
• Ensure administration and analyses of recruitment data and formulate regular management information with regard to recruitment activities and results in order to secure reliable information that helps management make decisions and/or initiate actions if needed.
