Job Description

Global Staffing is looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for meeting hiring goals through finding talented and qualified candidates, managing full life cycle of the recruiting process – sourcing, screening and facilitating offers and employment negotiations. This position is 100% remote. Salary range: P250/hour Responsibilities:

• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Conduct screening through reviewing resumes, job applications and performing phone screens
• Develop job postings, job descriptions and requirements
• Manage overall interview, selection and closing process for internal and contract roles
• Facilitate the offer process by extending offer and negotiating employment terms
• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
• Forecasting recruitment opportunities
• This recruiter must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and source qualified candidates within 24-48 hours (Passive and active)
• Stay versed in market trends and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or related field
• 3 years of recruiting experience
• Experience in a staffing company is preferred
• Experience in recruitment processes and platforms preferably JazzHR
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A good understanding of technology and technical skills
