• You will partner with client team to create offer letters for new external candidates and transfer letters for internal candidates.
• You will ensure that offer letters are generated in a timely manner per the agreed process which includes verification that all details match the system.
• You will ensure that all details within systems are reconciled for accuracy and conduct reviews to identify if there are any discrepancies between systems; follow up with the client team to correct these as required.
• You will be managing employee files ensuring documents are scanned, indexed, and filed in correct file. Create new files and folders, as necessary.
• You will provide first level functional support to customers needing assistance with onboarding related transactions

What are we looking?

• Open to college graduates in Psychology, HRDM or related
• No experience required
• Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City

Good to have skills:

• Knowledge in recruitment and human resources roles
• Familiarity with Excel functions in the purpose of reports and analytics
