Outline Research and market intelligence: maintain current awareness to support portfolio delivery and growth Search project management: provide quality search services whilst continually meeting targets in line with performance plan Delivery: uphold the delivery of services and comply with processes according to company policy, legislation, and best practices Responsibilities Clients: Gather market intelligence and develop a keen understanding of target and existing clients on information relating to hiring Keep the portfolio team updated on market information to support the provision of our global Search services and business strategy formulation Provide support for business development activities Provide support for the entire lifecycle of the Search project (e.g. prepare marketing collateral attend client meetings qualify job leads produce project documentation handle interview logistics gather feedback) Provide support for global research projects Candidates: Build a pool of candidates through own network, CRM and social media channels, by leveraging on the Company's brand and networks, and continually develop candidate relationships by keeping in regular contact to track their career progression and gather market intelligence Manage candidates' experience in a recruitment project (e.g. source for candidates perform initial screening through calls, video-conference or in person meetings qualify suitability according to the job description provide market context on candidates' suitability, motivations and availability manage interview logistics gather and deliver feedback post interviews perform reference checks close off runner-up candidates) Other: Comply with legislative requirements Be committed to the success of your career progression and that of the portfolio Uphold the integrity of our CRM by ensuring market intel and business activities are recorded in a timely manner Play a proactive role in enabling a collaborative environment is maintained with the global team Qualifications Experienced user of MS Office applications especially Word, Powerpoint, SharePoint, Teams Strong command of written and spoken English.
