Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, referrals, and databases
Match candidate profiles with client requirements and present shortlisted options
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
Support client accounts and assist consultants in delivering hiring projects
Build candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records
Contribute to mass recruitment drives and project delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resourceful, proactive, and willing to learn
Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Accountable and motivated to achieve results
