Job Summary

As a

Recruitment Associate

, you will learn to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to client management. At Octomate Staffing, you'll also gain exposure to our HRMS platform, combining traditional recruitment with modern HR technology.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple industries Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications Support consultants in client delivery and project management Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs Learn to use Octomate's HRMS platform to improve hiring efficiency

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment Detail-oriented and organised in managing candidate information
