Job Responsibilities

• Establish new business relationships, all while providing high level of customer service with existing business partners and candidate
• Provide curated consultation with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
• Specialized in assigned Industry, managing 360 degrees end-to-end recruitment from job posting, source, screening and selection of the right candidates
• Negotiate terms of business with clients and job offers to candidates

Requirements

• You should have a Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Passionate in driving quality in everything you do
• Self-driven and enthusiastic individual with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly initiative and motivated
• Good exposure in specialized recruitment sales or a related sales profession with proven track record will be a plus!
• Possess CEI Certification (Basic) is highly preferred! (Must be willing to take the certification before/within probation of joining)

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to S$3,000 & above (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualification)
• Incentive Trips for outstanding performers
