We are seeking an individual to join our expanding Banking Finance Recruitment Team, the role will involve:

• Responsible for 360 degree End-to-End Recruitment Process
• Identify new business opportunities and build rapport with existing clients
• Proactive sourcing of suitable talents via different platforms
• Select and match candidates with appropriate roles and manage the interview process

Requirements:

• Candidate who is flexible, adaptable to changes, willing to learn and improve, self-driven and a team player will have a distinct advantage
• Candidate with no relevant working experience will have full training provided
• Enjoy working in a team-based environment
• Outgoing and love talking with people
