JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drafting job advertisements and job postings on various job portals
• Pre-screen, review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to job requirements
• Conduct Temp/Contract/Part-Time candidates interview either face-to-face/phone interview/video conferencing
• Edit and prepare candidates\' resumes
• Scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Administering of contracts
• Verifying employees\' work hours and salary payment
• Resumes\' database management
• Develop & maintain a strong network with active and passive candidates
• Prepare and submit weekly report and updates to stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in any discipline
• Positive, independent and resourceful
• IT savvy
• Training will be provided for individual who has no relevant experience
